In part 2 I cast a silicone positive from the TC-5130F mold I made in the first video using Zip 301 as a release to keep the silicone from sticking to the silicone mold. Both mold and cast silicone are platinum silicones. The resulting TC-5110F pattern is then put into a foam core box and a TC-808 resin mold is poured using Paste Wax and E236 to keep the liquid resin from sticking to the mold box. The finished TC-808 resin mold may be used to cast many accurate silicone parts using platinum silicone. The first mold, made in part 1, may be used to cast Polyurethane skin materials such as F-105.
