In the pressure cooker add the pulses , vegetables , bay leaf , turmeric powder , salt to taste, grated coconut. 2. Close the lid and cook till the first whistle. Then remove from heat and let the pressure be released. Wait for 5 to 7 min then release the pressure of the cooker. 3. For the tempering in ghee add the red chilly , cumin 4. Add the dalma from the cooker to the tempering. 5. Add the roasted chilly and cumin powder. 6. Top it with ghee 7. Serve hot with rice, roti, puri or paratha.
