It’s healthy and very easy to prepare. #BananaCutlets #AirfriedCutlets #AirFryerRecipes #Healthy #Snacks #Dessert #Cutlets #Banana Ingredients Ripe Plantains 4 Ghee 2 tbsp Grated Coconut 1 cup Raisins 1 tbsp Cashew chopped 1/4 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp Egg 1, beaten or Milk Bread Crumbs 1 cup Preparation Steam cook the plantains until done. Remove its skin and cut into half, remove the black seeds and mash it well. In a pan heat ghee and add chopped cashews followed by raisins. Add grated coconut and sugar, saute for about 2-3 minutes. Add mashed banana, cardamom powder to it and saute for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame. After cools down make balls out of it and flatten it with your greased hand in to desired shape. Beat 1 egg( you can use milk), and take 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and set aside. Dip cutlet in egg and then in bread crumbs. For Air Fryer: Preheat Air Fryer to 370 F for 3 minutes. Spray the basket with cooking spray. Place the cutlets in the basket and air fry for 8 minutes. Half way, after 4 minutes, flip the side and spray with the cooking spray. Once it’s ready remove from the air fryer. For stovetop frying: Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Fry both sides of the cutlet until they are golden brown. Drain in to paper towels and serve hot.
