Farming Pastors Wife    • 2 "Back Of The Package" Recipes ~ A C...   Company Worthy Chicken Potato Soup -4 T butter, divided -12 ounces cut up diced bacon, well cooked (crispy) -3pounds chicken. I used 31/2 boneless breasts -salt/pepper -1 onion chopped 4 potatoes, cut up small -1 t paprika(if desired) I did not use! -2 11oz bottles dark beer -2 cups beef stock -1 c sweet peas (I used frozen) -fresh chopped parsley if desired -Add 1 T butter to Dutch oven Add bacon. Cook to crispy. Drain. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in bacon grease (take some grease out if desired) cook till Chicken is browned. Remove chicken. Add the rest of butter with onion and potatoes. Cook about 5 min. -Add beer, beef broth, and chicken pieces. Cover 15 minutes. -Remove cover and add in the peas and bacon. Chicken should be fully cooked 165 temp. White Chocolate Mousse Tarts -1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk -6 oz of white choc chips Cook together over med heat. Stir. Don’t scorch. -remove from heat -add 1/2t almond extract (or vanilla) -cool to room temp. -in another bowl, whip 2 cups whipping cream to medium peaks (not butter) but not too soft. -add cooled down chocolate mixture into whipped cream and fold or gently whip till combined. -spoon onto crusts and decorate. -REFRIGERATE for Atleast 4 hours. I’d do it the day before if possible. Decorate as you like. Try some fresh fruit too.
