Here is a no-talking video walkthrough of the Luma Hammersmith Heeton Concept Hotel, London, UK. QUICK REVIEW: This is a budget hotel that initially looks nice but there's problems with the lack of heating and also very noisy with sounds from within the hotel echoing through the walls. Staff never mentioned prior that there was no heating, providing a small portable heater in the room. This is not even close to sufficiently heating the room and they only admitted the issue after being queried on the lack of heat control via the thermostat. Staff need to be honest and clarify there's no working heating in winter before check-in so that we can look elsewhere. They provided another duvet when I asked for one but I still had a very uncomfortable and freezing night! Luma is not recommended due to staff being less than honest. 2 Stars.
