This class is part 4 of a 7-part Chakra Series. We focus on the Heart Chakra (Anahata in Sanskrit), which is located in our chest, in and around our heart. It's our center of love for both ourself and others. Throughout this class we'll focus on poses and practices that activate and open our heart chakra - through backbends and shoulder opening and strengthening poses. The heart chakra is associated with the color green, the element air, joy and compassion. It is the bridge between the lower three chakras, the more physical chakras, and the upper three chakras, the more spiritual chakras.
