45 Minute Yoga Class - Yoga for Runners

Yoga is a great complement to running, it helps lengthen and stretch muscles that are tight from repetitive movement and it can protect your body from potential injuries and ensure that you can continue to run for years to come. And running is a lot like yoga: there's breath control and a meditative aspect to it, so if you're a runner you're already a yogi! Taking a yoga class is also a really nice way to stay active on your days off and give your body a bit of a break without going stir crazy. I have a few really awesome runner friends and created this video with them in mind. You don't have to do the entire 45 minutes, but try it and find the stretches that make sense and feel good in your body and incorporate them into your daily routine.
