I decided enough was enough and to try to get from Fat Lad Ad to Fit Lad Ad by a combination of cycling, running and walking. To start with I will be mostly doing indoor cycling or virtual cycling using Zwift and my turbo trainer but combining that with a variation of the couch to 5k programme and some walking, both on my own and with friends and family.
