So I sold my old inflatable kayak and bought a new one. I found one I liked the look of but could not find much content on it in terms of reviews etc so I bought one as it seems like what I wanted and have decided to create a set of videos on it. I decided enough was enough and to try to get from Fat Lad Ad to Fit Lad Ad by a combination of cycling, running and walking. To start with I will be mostly doing indoor cycling or virtual cycling using Zwift and my turbo trainer but combining that with a variation of the couch to 5k programme and some walking, both on my own and with friends and family. I am also on a calorie controlled diet but to help make this easier on me I am using meal replacement shakes from Protein World to take the hassle out of breakfast and lunch.
