How to make Nepali Momo and Spicy Chutney | Quick and Easy Recipe

Hello everyone, we are making Nepali Momo and Spicy Chutney! This is an easy recipe, you can easily make this at home! Here are the ingredients: Dough: All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup Salt to taste Water as required Preparation: 1. Add the salt to the dough and mix it up. 2. Then add the water slowly and keep mixing it with the flour 3. Keep doing it until you can knee the flour 4. Keep kneading and squeezing until it forms a dough shape 5. The dough should not stick too much to the pan or container 6. If your dough is still sticking with the container just add a little flower 7. Continue kneading, your flour will stop sticking. Filling: Chicken 250 grams blended Carrots 2 small shredded One medium onion dices small Ginger 1/2 inch, 3-4 cloves of garlic blended Spring onion 1 (Only the green) Green chillies 3 small Black pepper 1 1/2 teaspoon Soya Sauce 1 tablespoon Salt to taste Oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon Preparation: 1. Add oil and wait until it's hot then add the chicken 2. Add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, salt to taste, green onions, green chillies, soya sauce and carrots and mix them all up and cook for only 2 mins. Chillie Sauce: Kashmiri chilli 4 - 5 Tablespoons Whole chillies 6 - 7 blended Garlic 3 - 4 cloves chopped Ginger 1/2 inch chopped Ketchup 2 - 3 Tablespoon Black pepper 2 Teaspoon Sugar 2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce 1 Tablespoon Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Salt to taste Preparation: 1. Blending the Kashmiri chilli and whole chillies with some water 2. Put the oil in the pan and add ginger and garlic 3. Add the chilli paste and fry for a few minutes 4. Add the ketchup, salt, black pepper, soya sauce and vinegar 5. Fry it for a few minutes then add some water 6. Add the sugar and let it cook on a low heat for 12 - 15 minutes 7. Keep checking the water has dried up and the paste is not burning Momo Preparation: 1. Make the dough like a cylinder shape 2. Cut in small equal pieces, put some flour so they don't stick to each other 3. The roll one piece like rolling a roti/pita bread 4. Add the filling in the middle and give them a nice shape You just need to 5. I'll use rice cooker which can also be used to steam food 6. I'll brush the container with some oil and put my prepared moms in 7. Let them cook in the container for 10 - 12 minutes.
