Neptune 4 Freezes At Loading Screen FIX and NEWEST Firmware Update

This is my first Elegoo Neptune 4 that I just purchased. (I am familiar with Ender) However one of my prints looked like the leveling was off, so I immediately googled why and found that I had to “update my firmware”. Which I think I learned that it was most likely just user error leveling my bed. With no Elegoo experience, I managed turn this beautiful printer into chaos. It was stuck on the loading screen and not doing anything.. at all. No amount of Reddit threads or Youtube videos helped. With hours of researching everywhere, I finally figured out how to fix mine. AND IT WORKS AMAZING. So if you are experiencing any firmware issues, don’t give up. Everything can be fixed! I hope this video can help someone! _______________________________________________________________________ Latest Firmware Pack: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... _______ Fix Pack: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... _______ PuTTY Installer: https://www.putty.org/ _______ CH34x Installer: https://www.wch-ic.com/downloads/CH34... _______________________________________________________________________ If the normal fix pack instructions don't work for you using sudo ./update.sh, that can be installed over SSH with this command: sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /home/mks/gcode_files/sda1/ELEGOO_UPDATE_DIR/ELEGOO_FIX_BAG.deb && echo Update completed (after putting the fix pack on the USB instead of the update) _______________________________________________________________________ During installation of the Firmware Pack, if nothing happens after the sudo ./update.sh command, you can manually run: sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /home/mks/gcode_files/sda1/ELEGOO_UPDATE_DIR/ELEGOO_APP.deb && echo Update completed _______________________________________________________________________
