Neptune 4 Freezes At Loading Screen FIX and NEWEST Firmware Update

This is my first Elegoo Neptune 4 that I just purchased. (I am familiar with Ender) However one of my prints looked like the leveling was off, so I immediately googled why and found that I had to “update my firmware”. Which I think I learned that it was most likely just user error leveling my bed. With no Elegoo experience, I managed turn this beautiful printer into chaos. It was stuck on the loading screen and not doing anything.. at all. No amount of Reddit threads or Youtube videos helped. With hours of researching everywhere, I finally figured out how to fix mine. AND IT WORKS AMAZING. So if you are experiencing any firmware issues, don’t give up. Everything can be fixed!
