This video is on how to fix the Elegoo Neptune 4 Max 3d printer from being stuck on the load screen and not loading the software. First of it gets stuck on the software error screen just unplug the printer wait a bit and then plug it back in. After a few times if that doesn’t work try the factory reset explained at the bottom of description. The load screen I found out from “Dave Tries This” channel that for his printer he unplugged the printer from the wall and also from the display on both ends overnight, I only did it for about 3 hours and that fixed my problem with the load screen. If you have anything else you’re trying to figure out I recommend his channel for the Neptune 4 max. Next is if the machine is not loading the necessary softwares to run your print. I decided to go through and check any other settings that I could access from that screen by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner of the software error screen. By clicking this it takes you to a page that you can look at the info of the software by clicking about machine, and if the wrong software somehow loaded, if so then nothing will work on the machine. Then click the factory settings button and that will automatically reboot the machine to factory settings, then level the build plate and print.
