The Lantern festival is just around the corner, and the rice dumpling is a delicacy in this festival. I have had many different flavors of rice dumplings, and my favorite one is with the black sesame filling. Traditionally, a lot of lard or butter is added to the filling. In this episode, I am sharing the vegetarian version. It tastes really delicious, you must try it! 马上快要元宵节了,我们南方人汤圆是少不了的,话说吃过好多种类的汤圆,但我心中最经典最喜欢的还是黑芝麻馅,传统做法会添加大量猪油或黄油,今天我分享这个素食版本,味道真的也超级好吃,一定要试试!
