Flight to Zeltweg (LOXZ)

This was a practice flight to Zeltweg (LOXZ). We entered the MCTR via St.Michael/Kraubath/St. Lorenzen and were cleared for a straight-in approach to RWY 26L. The field was much busier than we thought, with a lot of flight training and we were very happy that they still could accommodate us. Thanks a lot! We were even passed by a formation of Eurofighters. ATC was great and everything went smooth. Due to COVID restrictions, only touch&go's were allowed. That saved us a lot of time ;) Normally, RWY 26L has a left-hand pattern but ATC instructed us to fly it right-hand. That turned out to be an extra bonus because it allowed us to overfly the Red Bull Ring. On our return flight, we visited the scenic Gesäuse Mountains, Eisenerzer Tauern, and Hochschwab. The weather was great too. Visibility to the end of the world and the air was smooth as silk. One of my best flights so far!
