Join this channel to get access to perks:    / @masterchefpankajbhadouria   Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN ***************************************************************************** Recipe : Aloo Palak Recipe Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 500g spinach 250g baby potatoes 2 green chilies 2 tbsp chopped garlic 2-3 whole red chillies 1 tsp red chili powder ½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp fenugreek seeds Salt to taste 2 tbsp mustard oil 1 tbsp ghee For tempering: 1 tbsp ghee ½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp red chili powder 2 red chilies 1 tsp kasuri methi Cream to garnish Method: Wash the spinach leaves well and remove the stems. Blanch the spinach leaves in cold boiling water for 2 minutes and immediately dunk in cold water to refresh the leaves. Drain the water and grind the spinach leaves to a smooth puree with 2 green chillies and 2 ice cubes. Peel the potatoes and watch well. Blanche the potatoes and boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes till par boiled and refresh in cold water. He 2 tablespoon mustard oil. Add the cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and the whole red chillies. Add the chopped garlic and sauté it till the garlic is pink. Add the parboiled potatoes, salt and sauté till the potatoes are golden in colour. Have the red chilli powder and mix well. Have the spinach puree. And mix well. Add half cup water if required and cook for 3 to 4 minutes till the potatoes are tender. Advance tablespoon ghee on top for extra flavour. For the tempering, heat the ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds and the whole red chilies. Add the kasuri methi and the chili powder and remove from heat. Pour the tempering over the prepared aloo saag.
