Welcome to Christian Meditation, and this opportunity to relax, let go of the stress of the day, and rest in God's arms in this guided meditation to enter into a peaceful night's sleep. You have reached the end of a long, busy day, during which you have been bombarded by the demands of family, work, and the constant hum of background noise, both outside of you and within your own mind. It can be difficult to let go of our hold on these worldly concerns, worries, and regrets and hand them over to the Lord’s care. Tonight, in this extended meditation, we will calm the noise within us by focusing our mind on Scriptural truth and the steady rhythm of our breath. We will listen to the words of Psalm 23 and then sit beside Jesus and allow him to calm us and provide us with wisdom.
