Every time one of the worm gets hit, it starts using Earth-shaker, and that hits your party for an extreme amount of damage. Going along with this you need to take them down one at a time, being very careful to start attacking each worm right after its turn. They are also weak to Wind Arts so make sure everyone has at least Air Strike. If there are any Critical turn bonuses have Estelle or Agate S - Break. If you end up in a tough spot Kloe can use La Teara or her S - Break.
