INTO THE EAGLE'S NEST (AMIGA - FULL GAME)

Zeus presents 'Into The Eagle's Nest' for the Amiga A500, a true classic from the golden era of amiga gaming which should not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game. Year of release: 1987 I first played this game on my Atari ST which came in the famous "Summer Pack" way back in 1987 and enjoyed it for what it was, then a year later I upgraded to an Amiga A500 and this was one of the games I still wanted to play. Your main mission is to blow up the Eagle's Nest castle, to do this you must trigger all 4 detonators spread across all 4 floors of the castle and then make your exit through the main door on the ground floor. You must be sparing with your ammo and avoid being hit too many times, there are stock piles of ammo which you can collect if you're getting low and there is food and first aid kits to help you reduce your hits, also you will need to collect keys to gain access to many sealed off area's which can contain bonuses, you will also need to locate a the lift pass on each level otherwise you cannot gain access to the other floors of the castle. There are also sub missons (level 2, 3 & 4), in these missons you must free your imprisoned comrades (1 per level) but in my experience I would advise to avoid those levels and just stick to level 1 (blowing up the castle), the reason is finding your comrades is hard enough but once you have you must guide them to the exit which is seriously time consuming and annoying as they move a quatre of the speed you do and lag far behind, they also get stuck behind walls and guards and they even cause you to get stuck too, just avoid the rescues and blow up the castle! Also beware, one fatal shot at a box of dynamite and It's game over! In this video I have included 1 soldier rescue mission and the the blowing up of the castle mission, this imo is the way to play the full game, rescuing the other 2 soldiers is just repeating what you've already done,...boring, endless time and pointless. MISSION 1a (Rescue Comrade): 0:55 MISSION 1b (Comrade located): 28:13 MISSION 2 (Blowing the castle): 35:00 I have used the infinite hits, ammo and extra keys trainer so I could show the whole game.
