-Our team reflected on the decision of the High Court in Abrahart v University of Bristol [2024] EWHC 299 on appeal from Bristol County Court. Handed down on 14 February 2024, the High Court considers the overarching question of a University’s duty of care towards its students. Emily Formby KC, Steve Broach and Ian Brownhill provided an early exploration of the decision and its implications.
