Warren visits Kane in prison and threatens him into telling him that James and Ste were responsible for Ella's death. He tells his henchman Murphy that he intends killing them and wants to find out which one of them killed Ella first. James sees Kane and Warren together in the prison and rushes home to tell Ste. They decide to flee the village and Ste goes to get Leah and Lucas while James makes arrangements. As James is about to leave the house, Norma arrives and tells James they know about Ella. Norma tells James she will help them flee because she is worried Warren will kill them and end up in prison. James reluctantly agrees. Ste finds Leah and Lucas and tells them they're going on a trip, as well as saying his goodbyes to Leela. When James and Norma get to the car, James discovers Warren there. Norma has set him up.
