Nature's Epic Clash: Grey Heron vs. Eel in a Lunchtime Duel!

In this video, I head out to my local nature reserve to catch up on the local wildlife and to see how the land has changed as the seasons change from winter to spring and spring to summer. Also watching as the wildlife evolves and rears its young from feeding the chicks to leaving the nest, hunting for food and being hunted as food for the survival of wildlife. My first stop was to Warton Crag to photograph the peregrine Falcons, within minutes of arrival at the crag the Falcons were flying around, with one the male hunting for pigeons in the trees close by, eventually catching a pigeon, killing it, and bringing it back to the female and its nest to feed the young. Moving on from Warton crag I headed off to Leighton Moss nature reserve, where I witnessed a fantastic hunt of a grey hair and searching for food I managed to document and photograph, and video the grey Heron catching and killing and eating two eels, a fantastic and cruel spectacle as the eel squirms and wriggles for survival, his fate is already sealed and his lunch for the grey Heron. Whilst in the skies the marsh Harrier circle overhead looking for easy prey to feed itself and its chicks, whilst photographing one of the male Marsh harriers a female flies past with a baby coot in its talons, taking its prey back to the nest to feed the Marsh Harrier chicks, a cruel but necessary evil being born to feed others.
