Exclusive Cookies Class 1 | Manisha Bharani Kitchen Chocolate Chips Cookies Ingredients: ½ cup Salted Butter ¼ cup Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar ½ tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Maida ½ cup Corn Flour 1 tbsp Dutch Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp Semolina (Sooji/Rawa) 1 tsp Vanilla Essence ¼ cup White Chocolate Chips 1 Spoon Milk Dark Chocolate for garnishing White Chocolate for garnishing Pistachios for garnishing Method to prepare the Cookies: Take a bowl and add ½ cup Salted Butter, ¼ cup Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar, ½ tsp Baking Powder and beat all the ingredients well till it becomes creamy. Now sieve 1 cup Maida, ½ cup Corn Flour, 1 tbsp Dutch Cocoa Powder, 1 tbsp Semolina (Sooji/Rawa) together and it to the previous mixture. Now add 1 tsp Vanilla Essence and ¼ cup White Chocolate Chips to the mixture mentioned above and mix all the ingredients well. Add approximately 1 spoon of milk to the mixture to prepare a moist dough and knead the dough well. Now, cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take a baking tray and put a butter paper in it. Shape the dough into round cookies using your hand and place each raw cookie in the tray. If you are using an oven then you can pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes. To prepare the cookies on a stove, take a pan and place a stand in it. The pan can be pre-heated 10 minutes in advance before baking the cookies. After the pan is pre-heated, the cookie tray can be placed on the stand and can be baked for 30 minutes on low flame. After the cookies cool-down they are ready to be garnished with some dark chocolate and white chocolate drizzle and some pistachio pieces. (Garnishing is optional) After garnishing, the delicious Chocolate Cookies are ready to serve!
