Exclusive Barfi Class 4 | Bon Bon Barfi | Manisha Bharani Kitchen Bon Bon Barfi Ingredients: 9 pcs BonBon Biscuits 1cup Mawa 1/2 cup Condensed Milk 1/2 cup White Chocolate 2 tbsp Butter 1tsp Chocolate Essence Method: Take 9 Bon Bon Biscuits and remove the cream from the centre and crush the biscuits in fine powder. Take a heavy bottom pan and add Mawa, Condensed Milk, White Chocolate and Butter to it and mix the ingredients well. Heat the ingredients well on low flame till the ingredients are molten and mix well. Now, add the Bon Bon Biscuit Powder in two batches to the mixture and mix the ingredients well. Now add 1 tsp Chocolate Essence to the mixture and mix well. Now, take a tin container and place a butter paper in it and grease the butter paper well and then put the barfi mixture in it. Save 3 tbsp of the barfi mixture for further use. Now take the cream of the Bon Bon Biscuit that was saved before crushing the biscuits and now add that cream to the barfi mixture that we saved and mix the ingredients well. Now place this remaining mixture over the previous mixture and then garnish the barfi with Butterscotch Chikki Granules and Pistachio Pieces Allow the barfi to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes cut the barfi into pieces and the barfi is ready to serve!
