We will complete a 14 exercise giant set two rounds through so be ready to stay moving and switching up exercises. Grab your water and be ready to get your heart rate up as we tone up with this bodyweight cardio workout! The Exercises: 1. Heel taps behind back x2 each 2. Standing climbers 2 per side 3. Lateral High knees with two toe taps at the end 4. Squat and 2 hops to turn 5. Lateral Hop, Vertical hop 6. Side kick and tap back 7. Hook x2 cross x2 and sky punch x2 8. Sweep across and front knee drive 9. Knee drive butt kick 10. Side lunge lean over 11. 2 butt kick to toe taps per side and rotate 12. High knee pull down front and side 13. Hip twisting hops 14.
