Stir Fry Chicken With Black Pepper Sauce | Chinese Black Pepper Chicken Stir Fry | Black Pepper Sauce Chicken | Black Pepper Chicken Recipe | Chinese Black Pepper Sauce | Chicken Recipe | Chinese Black Pepper chicken Ingredients for Chicken in Black Pepper Sauce: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) Chicken thigh boneless- 300 gms (cut into bite sized pieces) For the Marination: Crushed pepper- 1/2 tsp Salt- 1/2 tsp Grated Garlic- 1 tsp Egg White- 1 Corn Flour- 3 tbsp Tempering: Garlic fine chopped- 2 tsp Green chillies sliced - 2-3 Vegetables: Onion Petals- 1 medium (75 gms) Green Pepper-50 gms (1 small) Red Pepper-50 gms (1 small) Yellow Pepper-50 gms (1 small) Spring onion greens- 2-3 (Cut into 1” long pieces) Sauces: White Vinegar- 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce- 1.5 tsp Oyster Sauce- 1.5 tbsp Other Ingredients: Corn Slurry: 1 tsp corn four mixed in 3 tbsp water Salt- seasoning in the water Crushed pepper (while cooking)- 1/4-1/2 tsp Crushed pepper (as garnish)-1/2 tsp Oil- 1.5 tbsp Preparation: Cut the boneless chicken thighs into flattish bite sized pieces. Add all the items for the marinade, give a mix and set aside for around 15 mins. Process: 1. Heat oil in a kadhai/pan and drop the coated chicken pieces side by side to not crowd the pan. Deep fry the pieces on medium heat for around 4-5 mins. Remove and set aside on a plate. 2. Now heat 1.5 tbsp oil and add the fine chopped garlic & the sliced green chillies. Stir on medium heat for 30 secs and then add the peppers and onion petals. 3. Stir fry on high heat for around 1-2 mins and then add 1/2 cup water. 4. Also add the sauces, salt for seasoning and 1/2 tsp crushed pepper in water & cook for around 1 min. 5. Add the corn slurry and cook for around 30 secs 6. Now add the chicken pieces and stir and cook for around 1 mins. 7. End with spring onion greens and 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. 8.
