In this video we make homemade electrolyte drinks in bulk. We make a 30 serving supply and also a gallon. It's based off the LMNT recipe off their website for people that want to make it at home https://science.drinklmnt.com/electro... For ease of measurement I tried to get as close as I could with Tablespoons and Teaspoons. But for the highest accuracy you can weigh everything using the recipe from their link above. ALSO....LMNT is great to travel with. I bought a variety pack and brought it to Cancun. It tastes great and is easy to pack in your suitcase Here's the recipe. If you have any corrections please let me know in the comments. One serving with 16-32 ounces of water is..... 1/2 teaspoon of salt 400 mg of Potassium Chloride 1/4 teaspoon of Magnesium Malate 30 Servings in Bulk is 5 Tablespoons of salt 2 Teaspoons of Potassium Chloride 7 1/2 Teaspoons of Magnesium Malate Mix it well. Maybe even mix it in a coffee grinder to make sure it is mixed well. One serving from the bulk mixture is 4 grams, or just under 1 Teaspoon.... per 16-32 ounces of water. To make a gallon 3 Teaspoons of salt 3/8 Teaspoon of Potassium Chloride 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Magnesium Malate Links to everything in the video (Amazon Affiliate) LMNT Sample Pack https://amzn.to/4fqRMvJ Redmonds Sea Salt https://amzn.to/3StQ1nO NOW Potassium Chloride https://amzn.to/3WIRCbT Seeking Health Magnesium Malate https://amzn.to/4d12kzX Micro Scale https://amzn.to/3SqOuic Offset Spatula https://amzn.to/4dibLeR Black Measuring Spoons https://amzn.to/3Sw3WcP MIO Water Enhancer https://amzn.to/3Ws9Eh7 Tru Lime https://amzn.to/3LNAknu DISCLAIMER: I am not a Doctor.
