4 More Days Hiking & Camping in the Peak District - Part One

Part One. ======== Originally, I was planning a 2 night trip to the Peak District so I contacted Dave Goodman @DaveGoodman1959 and asked if he would like to join me. Dave replied that he would like to do a 4 day trip, so naturally I agreed to this.🙂 I met Dave at Bamford train station and from there, we made our way to Ladybower Reservoir and walked along the shoreline, past Win Hill and towards the Snake Pass. From there we crossed the valley and then headed up the hill past Rowlee Farm and over to Alport Castles. We found a pitch on Alport Moor and settled down for night one. After a few beers, some great chat and a nice bit of food, we turned in for the night and then went to sleep. In the morning, we were treated to a great sunrise, then we got ourselves ready for day two's adventure and we set off into the hills.👍
