These Diwali Sweets will take you only 10 minutes to make and each of these diwali recipes is very different from the other so that you have a variety of Diwali Sweets to serve on your table! Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipe: Kalakand Preparation Time: 3 minutes Cooking Time: 7 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp desi ghee 1 cup paneer 1 cup milk powder ½ cup sugar 1 tsp crushed cardamom seeds Mixed dry fruits - for garnishing Method: Grate the paneer. Mix together the milk, desi ghee, paneer, milk powder in a pan. cook for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and cook for another 5 minutes till the mixture starts coming together. Remove on a greased thali. Flatten the kalakand. Top with chopped dry fruits. Chill and cut into pieces to serve. Coconut Laddu Truffles Preparation Time: 3 minutes Cooking Time: 7 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 2 cups desiccated coconut ½ tin condensed milk ¼ tsp cardamom powder 1 cup chopped dark chocolate ½ cup white chocolate 2 tbsp pistachio slivers Method: Place the desiccated coconut and the condensed milk, cardamom powder in a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Cool and make small balls of the mixture. Melt the dark chocolate and dip the balls in the chocolate. Coat well. Remove on a butter paper. Drizzle melted white chocolate over it and garnish with sliced pistachios. Cool and serve. Malpua Preparation Time: 3 minutes Cooking Time: 7 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 cup milk ½ cup khoya ½ cup flour ¼ tsp fennel seeds ¼ tsp cardamom seeds 1 ½ cup sugar 1 cup water 7-8 pistachios Oil for frying Method: Make a syrup of 1 string consistency with the sugar and 1 cup water. Blend together the milk, khoya, flour, fennel seeds, cardamom seeds in a blender. Heat 1/2” oil in a pan. pour ladleful of the batter in medium hot oil. Flip when golden. Remove when golden to the syrup. Repeat.
