In this video I'll show you one of my favorite shoulder workouts which I like to call the delt demolisher... try it and you'll see what I mean! A few videos ago I showed you guys I was doing 5 different shoulder exercises back to back and on the first week I was doing 15 reps for each one. It is VERY important to understand that I have built up to 25 reps per exercise. Make sure you scale up to 25 reps, and don't just start out at 25 reps. For example, week 1 might be 10 reps on these 5 moves. Then week 2 might might 15 reps on these 5 moves. Then week 3 might be 20 reps, and then finally on week 4 you're at 25 reps per exercise. These are the same weights I've been using for the last 4 weeks, only difference is I've been doing more reps with them each week.
