Today we are at the Ellerbach with ‪@kedexworld‬ and we have to plant corn in our fields. We started by getting ready to plant the corn. Kedex was getting the tractor and planter ready, while I jumped into Deutz-Fahr 150.2 and headed to the local dealer. When I arrived there I got one pallet of corn and then transported it back to Kedex farm. After that was done, I went back to my farm and got one pallet of solid fertilizer and also transported it to Kedex Farm. Then I helped Kedex load his seed and fertilizer into the planter. He used Avant 750 with pallet forks for that job but he didn't manage to lift the big bag full of corn seeds. So we used my tractor to do that and then we attached the Kuhn power harrow to my tractor and we were ready. We talked a little bit with Kedex and we made a plan of action. When that was done, we headed to the first field and I set up the power garrow depth and GPS and started preparing the field for seeding. Then Kedex went right behind me and planted the corn also using the GPS. We ended up doing his field and then the New Holland TD broke down. It seems that the cooling system has a hole somewhere and it overheating. So we decided to put the planter on my tractor for my field and use another Kedex tractor to run the power harrow. We went back to his farm and we switched my tractor from the power harrow to the planter and then Kedex attached the power harrow to his New Holland T6. When that was done, I filled the planter with my seed and fertilizer and then headed to the field. Kedex prepared the field and I planted the corn right behind me. I ended up doing half the field and then I had to go and get more seeds in planter. Then I continued planting corn until we got to the end of the field. Kedex finished preparing the field and then he went and bought a push mower for his lawn. After I got the field planted, I met with him at his farm and he was pissed about his push mower. It wasn't mowing the grass well and it was running like crap, so we decided to take a break and drink some beer in his back yard.
