Goalkeeper - Conor O'Keefe Over the Easter break, I managed to get a quick session in back home with my brother! Working mainly on distribution techniques and angled shots. Despite the hard ground, we managed to get some good work in! Two-touch warm up Symmetrical distribution training with a variety of techniques Distribution Accuracy challenge Shots on an angle Conditioning saves; 4 shots on angle with return to post in between. Goalkeeper Sessions is a series dedicated to the training I undertake to improve my ability as a goalkeeper. Every catch, every mistake. No editing, no music, no pretence. Just hard work.
