Hot Cheetos Boudin Balls Ingredients: Boudin Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Eggs Flour Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Puffs Creole Seasoning Cayenne Pepper Garlic Powder Onion Powder Directions: 1. Grate cheese. 2. Cook boudin according to package. (If you have fully cooked boudin you may skip this step) 3. Remove boudin from casing and place in a bowl. (Optional: season boudin with Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion powder) 4. Add cheese and mix until combined. 5. Grab a handful of the mixture and form balls. 6. Freeze boudin balls for 10-15 minutes. 7. Crush a 1/2 bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and 1/2 bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Puffs. 8. In a bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk. 9. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of flour. 10. Add boudin balls to the egg wash, then flour, back into the egg wash and finally into the crushed Cheetos. 11. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. 12.
