This week I was challenged to be creative in the kitchen by my sister and my kids, who absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Hot Cheetos. They asked me to create something that consisted of Hot Cheetos, so here is what I came up with! This is quick and easy and one yummy snack that you can whip up in the kitchen in no time! If you are not a fan of Hot Cheetos, you can use any kind of chip out there, and I am pretty sure it will be fantastic! Ingredients you will need: • 1 lb. - Ground Chicken or Chicken Breast you can grind up yourself •1 tbsp - Butter...Yes, Butter! •1/3cup - Cilantro •2 - Jalapenos diced and de-seeded •1 tsp - Garlic Powder •1 tsp - Onion Powder •1/2 tsp - Paprika (for color) •1 tbsp - Salt •Pot of frying oil For the coating •Flour •Hot Cheetos •2 eggs beaten Thanks for watching.
