Today I recreate Golden Fried Rice from the anime Chūka Ichiban! I used fresh soft yuba instead of eggs. With the addition of shiitake mushrooms, the fried rice tasted super delicious! 今天我们就用它来还原一道动漫中华小当家的黄金炒饭，我用豆包代替鸡蛋，加以香菇增鲜美，味道也超级好吃！ Ingredients/材料： 冷米饭1碗 1 Bowl of Cold Rice 嫩豆包100g(嫩豆包质地非常接近于鸡蛋，没有也可以用豆皮代替) 100g Fresh Soft Yuba (The fresh soft yuba assembles eggs.
