GRAPE SALAD 1 pound seedless green grapes 1 pound seedless red grapes 1 (4-ounce) package cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 2-3 Tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2-3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoons pecans 1. In a large mixing bowl; add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat on high-speed for 1-2 minutes until light and creamy. Add grapes and toss until well coated. 2. Add to serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. 3. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar before serving.
