HASSELBACK POTATOES | EASY DIY

HASSELBACK POTATOES or HASSLE BACK POTATOES are whole potatoes cut into a fan shape, brushed with olive oil, and baked with your favorite toppings!! DELICIOUSLY FUN TO EAT!! HASSELBACK POTATOES Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 1. Rinse potatoes under cool running tap water to clean and remove any dirt or sand. Pat dry. 2. Slice potato(es) into 1/6-inch slices leaving 1/3-inch of bottom intact. 3. Brush each side of potato with olive oil and between slices. Place on baking sheet (line with foil to make clean up easier). Bake for one hour or more depending on the size of the potato. 4. Once potato(es) are baked. Brush with butter and minced garlic, optional. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking. Add white or yellow shredded cheddar cheese on top of potato.
