Make your own R2-D2 part 1. Today we'll be going over printing the dome pieces, sanding, joining them & prepping for paint. 450mm Lazy-Susan gear sizing will also be covered to ensure your R2-D2's dome drive gear properly fits your particular lazy-susan bearing. For this particular 3D printed R2-D2 build, I'm using Mr. Baddeley's Full Size R2D2 Version 2 200 cut print files.
