Super Sweaty Step Aerobics | At Home Workout with Four Combos | Intermediate | Fun Choreography

So excited for all intermediate-level steppers to try my newest workout. The choreography progresses much faster than my other basic or beginner step workouts. I will always begin with a base move and progress quickly to a more advanced move. You always have the option of staying with the base move. I promise to get you pretty sweaty in under 40 minutes, especially if you want to get your heart rate up. Strengthen both your mind and your body as you sweat through this workout. I cue different options you can choose from to make it work for you. This workout is super effective for those wishing to gain strength, endurance, and burn a lot of calories all while having fun. I believe anyone can step, and feel successful. Follow the options that work for you and your specific goals. I have many step workouts on my channel at beginner, basic, intermediate, and advanced levels depending on what you enjoy. Description: Begin with a fun choreographed warm-up then boost metabolism, shape your lower body (butt and thighs), build lean muscle, and get nice and sweaty all while having fun as you work through 4 fun combos. You can join in on the higher impact moves or keep it low impact. I've added a finale in the end where we'll do the combos back to back, then cut them in half and weave them together. (Many of you have expressed how much you love to weave the combos at the end, and I listened!) Of course, we'll stretch together at the end after a quick choreographed cool-down.
