Join me for a 30 Minute standing pilates workout for Seniors 60+. In this enjoyable session you will be doing exercises to ease general aches & pains in the joints and spine, as well as some specially created exercises to help combat loss of strength, coordination and balance that comes with age, but and this is important It doesn't have to be that way! Doing these exercises regularly will improve all these things so I am recommending you build up to doing this workout at least twice a week, ideally three times a week. Take your time, do what you can, and if anything is too challenging for you right now, don't worry, just rest and come back and try again when you're ready.
