Worcestershire Sauce 2 T. mustard 2 T. honey 3 cloves of minced garlic 1 4-5lb boneless pork shoulder roast, cut into large chunks Make sauce. Add meat. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Follow instructions for pressure canning. Process pints for 75 minutes, quarts for 90 minutes.
