Supplied by the fine weebs at / @kinekovideo thanks to a recovered 16MM print, here we have ALL of the 4K footage from the original Dragon Ball series, enhanced with nothing more than the Broadcast Audio. That's right! No heavy DNR, no AI upscaling, no "upgrading" the framerate to 60FPS, just Broadcast Audio and nothing more! That and subtitles from the iKaos release, adapted for Youtube. Honestly when it comes to film reels in this good shape, restoration isn't needed beyond light color correction, if even that's needed. Still, I hope they can get all the Dragon Ball reels in the hands of the right people, and get them released properly. Though it won't be perfect, if only because Toriyama-san won't be able to help ensure the restoration's perfection.
