With poor water quality and pollution in our local rivers and beaches, Ali and I decided on a mini adventure which was rather like a safari. Floating and swimming through the New Forest, at times scraping the bottom, we felt like explorers. Plenty of obstacles to negotiate wearing thick watersports wetsuits made for quite the work out in cold water and 3ºC air temp. We certainly got our cold water fix!
