While I had the Blade without the panels on I figured why not have a beer and hook up into the UART connection to see what it's putting out. Not really a hack as so far it didn't respond to any input, but Youtubers and Tiktokers seem to think hacking is turning the toilet roll upside down these days so there you go. The answer was various temp sensors, remaining beer and the pressure. This lot is probably taken on by an IoT board in the Blade Plus such as an ESP32 based board and then uploaded to the Blade Plus cloud app so they can analyse and mine the data. The data does suggest the machine cools the cool plate down to -10C in quick bursts every 20-25 mins or so for less than 5 mins and then repeats until you've drunk it all. Power usage also declines as the beer volume drops so it's quite clever in that respect. When the machine boots up it also spits out the software version installed onto the board - V4.19 on the refurb I have here. Please note I only did this as I have no warranty as I already rewired part of the machine - if you take the panels off you're voiding your warranty and will potentially have no support from Beerwulf.
