I bought a Blade machine (2021 refurb with the silver cutouts in the bowl) and figured out I'd see how cool the beer really gets. They say 2c in the manual but 3c by the time it's in your glass. In the first part of the video when it's off the chill cycle and resting it gets up to 3.5c and then when cooled on a low keg gets to 2.5c. On an empty keg I saw below 2c. Have to admit I do like the Blade machine, and the power usage for 8L of beer is really very impressive.
