It is recommended to take pictures during the repair process to use as a reference point. Be sure your TV is unplugged. The first board we are going to replace is the power supply board. I will start by disconnecting all of the cables and connections on the board. Remove the screws and the board from the chassis. Align the replacement board and install the screws to secure the board to the chassis. I will reconnect all of the cables and connections on the board. The next board we are going to replace is the t-con board. I will start by disconnecting all of the cables and connections on the board. The t-con board may be covered by a plastic or metal shield that needs to be removed. Remove the screws and the board from the chassis. Align the replacement board and install the screws to secure the board to the chassis. I will reconnect all of the cables and connections on the board. The main board and the TUS board on this TV are connected to each other. They have a unique connector, and if you need additional help with disconnecting these two boards, click the card or annotation in this video. We will show how to replace both boards at the same time, since the TUS board must be removed, if you want to remove the main board. Remove the screws on the TUS board. Tilt the board up and slide it out of the connector and then remove it from the chassis. Disconnect all of the cables on the main board. Remove the screws and the board on the chassis. Align the replacement main board and install the screws. Reconnect the cables to the main board. At an angle slide the TUS board into the connector and carefully lower it down into position on the chassis. Install the screws to secure the board to the chassis.
