Hiking 100km Across Hong Kong's MacLehose Trail with Kraig Adams

I just spent the last week hiking and camping on one of the longest trails in Hong Kong, the MacLehose trail with my friend Kraig Adams who is an amazing filmmaker here on YouTube. We hiked the Full Maclehose Trail Stage 1-10 which is a total of 100km, a little more than 60 miles, in about 4 and a half days. Full disclosure a lot of this footage that I used was Kraig’s as we shared footage at the end of the hike. If it looks amazing, chances are it is his. Luckily we were able to meet back up again a few months later and we were able to complete this trail successfully. I did learn a lot about the simplicity of how he shoots, which I guess goes along with his approach to minimalist filmmaking, which I did start to implement a lot of as the hike went on. I will be posting a video talking about his camera/gear settings and some of the techniques he is currently using in early 2020.
