Hiking 50km Mohawk Trail on the Connecticut Blue-Blazed Trail System

In this video, I go over my hike and camping on the Mohawk Trail, a roughly 50km/30 mile trail found in the NorthWest of Connecticut near the Appalachian Trail. It is part of the Blue-Blazed Trail System, which has approximately 825 miles of trails maintained throughout CT. I cover the trail as well as some new food and gear I used on the hike. After doing the Tunxis trail, I was really hoping to find something with a bit more diverse terrain that better represented some of the trails I had been on in the past in Connecticut. The Mohawk Trail ticked off an awful lot of the boxes of what I thought a Connecticut trail should be. I hope you enjoy the video.
