In this video I'll show you 3 common mistakes when people swim font crawl . The first mistake is about legs dropping in the water I've put drills to correct this problem . The second mistake is about the feet position many people used to have a lot of tension on it and the feet is often kept flat rather than pointed like ballerina . The third mistake is about head too high when breath to the side , on each mistake I've put drills to correct it .
