Hello and welcome to this 25 min Post Glute Workout Yoga Flow! This yoga class is specifically designed for everyone who has just done a leg and glute workout, as we will be stretching the back of our legs, as well as our hips, quads and psoas muscles. This yoga class will also help you release any tension in your outer hips, increase mobility, flexibility and makes you feel fresh and amazing! I will slowly walk you through the different poses and guide you through the yoga practice. If you need a break, feel free to pause at any time and focus on your breathing. Your breath is always your anchor. Find synchronicity in your movement and breath.
