Pregnancy exercise: Session 3 All pregnant women should start the third session after doing the second session of our pregnancy exercises in(third trimester) from week 27th to till the 36th week of pregnancy. With the help of the third session 1. Increase the strength of upper and lower body muscles of the hip, knee, pelvic, back, chest etc. 2. Decrease pain in the various region like pelvic, back, Epigastric, chest, knee, ankle, hip, neck, hand, elbow and wrist. 3. Improve concentration, strength, endurance, flexibility which help in normal delivery. 4. improve sleep, muscle tone, blood circulation. Etc.. Overall it prepares the body for normal delivery and helps to recover fast post delivery.
